I’ve heard horror stories about the lawyers from Harley-Davidson cracking down on websites that use their logo and such without having proper authority. As I’ve always been one who believes in giving credit where credit is due, I thought I’d put in my own disclaimer just so they don’t get mad at me.
So…having said that, here we go…
This site is not associated with Harley Davidson, Inc., in any way, shape or form. The purpose of this site is to illustrate my passion for Harley Davidson’s. Harley-Davidson, the Harley-Davidson logo, the Harley-Davidson Bar and Shield, and all that other crap, are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Other products or names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers. All graphics and remarks concerning anything within this site are Copyright © of the author.
What this is basically saying is “Hey…I didn’t come up with that logo, or name, or the Bar and Shield, or the Eagle holding the Bar and Shield.” They are all the property of Harley-Davidson Motor Company. See? I’m not a bad guy, Mr. HD-Lawyer. I’m just trying to express my passion for the wonderful motorcycles the company you work for makes.
Now, some of the photographs and graphics on this page are mine, and because I created them, they are copyrighted by me. The photos of all the bikes under the Models section have all been attributed to their rightful owners. So be cool, don’t steal anyone’s work and claim it as your own.
